The call-out covers the first 30 minutes including assessment. If a return visit is needed for the same issue, no new call-out fee is charged.
For emergencies, we aim to respond as quickly as possible. Response times depend on location and current workload — call us and we'll give you an honest timeframe.
Standard call-outs are for one joiner. Emergency/out-of-hours rates are per operative — if a second person is needed, we'll discuss this with you first.
Absolutely. Emergency attendance focuses on making things safe first. Once stable, we'll quote for the permanent repair — often at standard rates during working hours.
